• Four 2.5-hour facilitated leadership workshops.

• The Company Compass Workbook & The Company Compass Playbook.

• Priority email support for the project lead throughout the phase.

• Investment: CHF 2,000 (+ VAT)
   

2. On-site intensive
 

• A full-day, immersive on-site workshop at your location.

• Includes all workbooks, playbooks, and priority email support.

• Investment: CHF 3,500 (+ VAT)

With your company compass set, we build your strategic map. This phase translates your vision into a concrete plan with measurable goals and clear milestones.

This phase also includes your choice of format:
 

1. Standard Remote Delivery (CHF 2,000 + VAT)
 

• Four 2.5-hour remote strategic workshops.

• The Strategic Roadmap Workbook & Playbook.

• Priority email support for the project lead.
   

2. Premium On-site Intensive (CHF 3,500 + VAT)
 

• A full-day, immersive on-site workshop.

• Includes all workbooks, playbooks, and support.

An ongoing partnership to ensure your strategy gets executed. We provide the structure and accountability for your leadership team to drive consistent results.

Your quarterly retainer Includes:

​

• A deep-dive quarterly business review (3 hours).

• Continuous leadership coaching via observation of two leadership meetings and ongoing  email support for the leadership team (up 6 hours).

• Term: 3-month cycles, renewable for continuous partnership.

 

Investment: CHF 1,800 (+ VAT.) billed quarterly
